Lost and Found

Postby Sullivan » Mon Jul 23, 2012 8:28 pm

About 4 years ago my Ambassaduer 7000-C3 disappeared. I swore some guys I had doing work in my basement nicked it. Then, I was going through my surf tackle and could have sworn I bought jars of red and white pork rind. Well I tossed those off to senility but, I was pissed about the 7000. So I bought a 9000 on E-bay.
Yesterday I'm packing my D-in-law to move and she needed a duffle for clothes so I go down the basement and get one of many dufflebags that I had hanging. Damn, wouldn't you know it, my reel and both jars of pork rind were in the pockets.
Now I remember, I went to Cape Cod 4 years ago and stuck them in the side pocket in case I got to fish.

Hey Bill

George King helped you find that reel. LOL
Show me a man with both feet on the floor and I'll show you a man who can't get his pants on.

Been there done that! In fact frustrated the heck out of me looking into the same containers and boxes, then whammo, "whats this" when your not looking for it.

I went over to my parents house and they just found some XMas presents from 2002, not from them, that I never opened. Most of it was crap but one envelope had 25 bucks.

Georgie King, one of the favorites. Man never had a bad word to say or a bad day fishing.
