NEW 65' ISLAND CURRENT EXPRESS added to the the City Island based ISLAND CURRENT FLEET

The ISLAND CURRENT FLEET has been sailing daily for PORGIES & SEA BASS. In addition, we have been chartering during the day for fluke, blues, bass, and jumbo porgies. Yesterday, we had Bob C., from Carmel, NY and his crew drifting for FLUKE. The quailty of the fish caught were excellent. The porgy action has been somewhat inconsistent; however, the size of the fish have been very good. We are sailing everyday at 8 AM for PORGIES & SEA BASS.

Night time action for BLUES & STRIPED BASS has been very good. We are sailing daily at 6:30 PM as an open boat and PRIVATE CHARTERS are available seven days or nights a week.

4th of July Cruise aboard the 76' ISLAND CURRENT III departing at 6 PM for the Fireworks. The cost is $85 per person. Private charters available for groups of all sizes.

Very nice Chris! I remember my first IC blackfish trip in maybe 2000 or 2001 when you only had the original boat. Back then I said well the boat is not so great but the captain and crew are first class. Now you have a very nice fleet of boats in a time when most in the industry are hurting.

Any open boat fluke trips coming? Not many people have had the chance to experience extreme west end LIS fluke trips and how good the keeper ratio can be at times.
