Billy is one of the top Custom Rodbuilders in the world, and is author of an instructional book called "Decorative Wraps". He is also founder of The NERBs - North East Rod Builders, which is a worldwide rod building club specializing in sharing and passing on information on building a beautiful fishing rod. Billy turns all the rods he touches into functional works of art. He is always up on the latest components and blanks. In fact he is in the process of developing his own line of blanks in conjunction with Seeker. Billy is also an avid Blackfishermen, fishing with the Ocean Eagle in Sheepeshead Bay, and can be found bucktailing Fluke all summer on the beaches of Staten Island where he resides.
