Paul is the owner and operator of the extremely popular and well respected Trade Winds II, a party boat operating out of Captree State Park. Paul has a loyal following of hard core fishermen that regard him as one of the best in the game. For the last 8 years, through dedication and countless hours of exploration, Capt Paul has consistently produced some of the top catches of Trophy Fluke in the region and has set a new standard in the ocean fluke fishery.
In addition, Paul is a gifted carpenter and marine mechanic who posses years of experience in boat maintenance. He is a wealth of information that many in our industry turn to for help.

Paul has worked in the recreational and commercial fishing industry for thirty years, and has been a captain for twenty-five. He has run boats from the Florida Keys to Gloucester, fishing, whale-watching, and ferrying people. Paul also represents recreational fishermen on the NY Marine Resource Advisory Council.
