I grew up fishing the waters of the Nissequogue River and Stony Brook Harbor from a young age. I also frequented the Captree party boats, which is where I took great interest in the party boat industry. At age 15, I began working as a mate in Port Jefferson on the Osprey. I now work on Desmond O'Sullivans' Celtic Quest out of Port Jeff. I am currently have a 100 ton near coastal masters license and I'm not working on the boat I can be found surf casting in Montauk. Fishing is my life, and I could not picture myself working in any other industry than the fishing industry."
