NERACOOS MARINE DASHBOARD -
https://mariners.neracoos.org/platform/ ... 0Wind%20MA
and note that I just clicked on a random station south of Nantucket.
This weather and sea conditions portal may be one, if not the most comprehensive since it is administered under NOAA with cooperation with the data sharing of various offshore wind capturing platforms. You will notice with the highlighted red arrow on the drop down boxes which have anything you could possible ask for as far wind, sea heights, and what may be one of the most valuable for all fishermen, tide and current information:
NOAA TIDE & CURRENT PORTAL -
https://tidesandcurrents.noaa.gov/map/i ... 95&zoom=10
1- Just click on the first link, and then go to the buoy which you need information from.
2- Use the drop down boxes underneath the regional map for in-depth weather and sea conditions and provides timeline information also.
3- Click on the 'MORE INFO' tab to get either official NOAA weather and NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE forecast along with tide information.
As an example in just clicking on the MONTAUK pin, this will come up, and then you can click on the NWS forecast:
Station 44017 - 23 Nautical Miles Southwest of Montauk Point, NY
Lat: 40.7 Lon: -72.04 - NOAA National Data Buoy Center
Click on WEATHER FORECAST from this buoy (example):

I have worked with the NERACOOS website for the last few years, but now they have created this comprehensive dashboard with the various tools which are just brought up by clicking on the needed information which you request. You will see that this most likely is one of the most valuable for anyone who is planning to go out on our northeast waters. It should be BOOKMARKED due to its value as a one stop weather/sea conditions portal.
I will make this post available in the ANNOUNCEMENTS forum due to it's importance to all fishermen....
